How Tight Should the Chinrest Be?
Also, at first the pads will settle in when first tightened. Tighten the chinrest “just enough” every day for about a week until the pads have settled in.
Does it take time to break in?
*Refund policy: We will do everything we can to make your Resonation® Chinrest experience a great one! If for any reason you are not satisfied after 30 days and within 60 days of purchase, contact the authorized dealer who sold the chinrest to you. The dealer will first try to work with you to fix the issue you are having (it may be just a matter of how to position or tighten the chinrest). If the issue cannot be worked out and you still wish to return the chinrest you purchased, the dealer will send you a return form with return instructions. If the chinrest returned has a manufacturing defect, you will be sent a replacement chinrest of the same type, at no charge to you, and the 30/60-day return policy restarts with the replacement. If the chinrest returned has no manufacturing defects and is received in resalable condition, your money will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Coherent Sound Design, Inc. include www.ResonationChinrest.com and Coherent Sound Design. The Coherent Sound Design website is a ecommerce site. By using the Coherent Sound Design website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
Coherent Sound Design may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase Coherent Sound Design’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
