 Gary Anderson is the inventor of the thrice-patented Anderson Resonation® Chinrest, and owner of Coherent Sound Design. He has degrees in violin and viola performance and pedagogy from Washington State University, Music Education from the University of Puget Sound, and Computer Science from Western Washington University. He is also a lifetime certificated educator in the state of Washington, taught Orchestra in the public schools grades 4 – 12 for 6 years in Alaska and Washington states, teaches violin and viola privately, has been an IT Corporate Consultant for almost 20 years, and is the inventor of other things.
